Bar Making 101

Come enjoy the Chocolatier Experience. Master Chocolatier Bill Copeland will guide you through the process of making chocolate. You will get to work with Bill to create multiple Bars all your own with inclusions of our provided ingredients. You will learn how chocolate is tempered and crystallized before wrapping up your own bar in Glacier fashion and taking them home to share with friends, or indulge all your own.
